About the roleWe are looking for a curious and driven Senior Production / Process Engineer who enjoys working hands-on with production challenges while also contributing to longer-term improvements.
In this role, you will combine analytical problem-solving with a broader perspective on how processes, systems, and teams work together. You will play an important role in strengthening stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement in our production environment.
Key responsibilities-
Analyze and improve production processes to ensure stable and efficient operations
-
Perform systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis
-
Identify improvement opportunities and drive initiatives within your area
-
Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement efforts
-
Collaborate across engineering, quality, and production to solve challenges and align solutions
-
Support and contribute to project work, taking increasing responsibility over time
-
Balance day-to-day operational needs with longer-term improvements
-
Engineering degree (production, mechanical, materials, or similar)
-
Experience from a manufacturing or production environment
-
Experience with:
-
Structured problem-solving and root cause analysis
Process optimization and stabilization
Basic understanding automation, data, or systems -
Experience contributing to projects or improvement initiatives
-
Minimum 5-10 years of experience

Norwegian and English - written and spoken
-
Analytical and structured, with the ability to see the bigger picture
-
Proactive and improvement-driven, with a strong sense of ownership

Able to prioritize and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment
-
A collaborative team player who builds strong relationships across functions

Communicates clearly with both technical teams and stakeholders
