About the role

We are looking for a curious and driven Senior Production / Process Engineer who enjoys working hands-on with production challenges while also contributing to longer-term improvements.

In this role, you will combine analytical problem-solving with a broader perspective on how processes, systems, and teams work together. You will play an important role in strengthening stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement in our production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and improve production processes to ensure stable and efficient operations

• Perform systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis

• Identify improvement opportunities and drive initiatives within your area

• Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement efforts

• Collaborate across engineering, quality, and production to solve challenges and align solutions

• Support and contribute to project work, taking increasing responsibility over time

• Balance day-to-day operational needs with longer-term improvements

Qualifications and experience

• Engineering degree (production, mechanical, materials, or similar)

• Experience from a manufacturing or production environment

• Experience with:

• Structured problem-solving and root cause analysis
  Process optimization and stabilization
  Basic understanding automation, data, or systems

• Experience contributing to projects or improvement initiatives

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience

• Norwegian and English - written and spoken
