HOPP - Fleet Operator

Position Title: Fleet Operator

Location: Levanger

Position Overview:

As a Fleet Operator, you play a key role in ensuring the daily operations of our micromobility fleet run smoothly and efficiently. You are responsible for maintaining scooter availability and quality by replacing low batteries, relocating vehicles to high-demand zones, and ensuring vehicles are safe, functional, and ready for riders. This is a hands-on field role suited for reliable, independent, and detail-oriented individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Replace and swap batteries on electric scooters in the field.

• Identify, report, and resolve issues with broken or improperly parked scooters.

• Relocate scooters between zones based on usage data and operational needs.

• Ensure scooters are clean, upright, charged, and parked legally and correctly.

• Conduct basic on-site diagnostics and minor maintenance tasks.

• Communicate with the operations team and report performance or issue trends.

• Track completed tasks using company tools (apps or tracking systems).

• Maintain safe driving and handling of company vehicles or personal vehicles used in service (if applicable).

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Valid driver's license (if driving is required).

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• Physically able to lift and move scooters (approx. 20-25 kg).

• Independent and reliable with a strong work ethic.

• Basic smartphone proficiency for app-based task management.

• Previous experience in field operations, logistics, or similar roles is a plus.

Preferred Qualities:

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Able to follow instructions and communicate effectively with managment
