Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on marketing professional to take ownership of marketing activities across our companies and product portfolio.

The role is focused on execution and progress, with a clear goal of supporting sales through lead generation, relevant visibility, and growth in existing and new markets.

Key responsibilities

• Planning and execution of marketing activities with a clear focus on lead generation and sales support

• Coordinate marketing efforts across digital channels and campaigns to ensure consistency and momentum

• Be the main point of contact towards our external digital marketing agency (SEO, performance marketing, website follow-up)

• Take responsibility for content creation across website, newsletters, and social media (photos, short videos and basic editing)

• Project manage our participation at trade fairs

• Gather market insights and prepare monthly summaries for management to support decision making.

• Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure relevant messaging and momentum

• Monitor and follow up KPIs related to traffic, leads, and campaign performance, and adjust priorities accordingly

Desired qualifications

• Formal education in marketing and/or min. 5 years of relevant marketing experience with B2B marketing (within the logistic industry is a plus)

• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

• Fluent in English and preferably also Norwegian, both written and spoken

• Commercially minded with an understanding of how marketing supports sales

• Comfortable taking ownership and working independently across a broad scope

• Strong execution capability, with the ability to move from plans to action and deliver results

  The position is based in Ålesund, and on-site presence at our Ålesund office is required.
