Fluent written and verbal communication in English

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to perform well under pressure (structured, multi-tasking, time management)

Valid Norwegian work permit (we are unable to assist with visa application or relocation)

This is a 1 year temporary position, preferably from February 2026, with the possibility of a permanent position.

Arbeidsoppgaver
You often start the day by reviewing requests and updates for group tours from our Asian market clients. Throughout the day, you'll coordinate with both local teammates and international offices. You'll help manage logistical challenges like last-minute changes due to delayed flights or updated group needs. Your communication skills, flexibility, and cultural awareness will be key to solving problems efficiently, and often in a very short timeframe. Your ability to keep multiple moving parts in sync will directly impact the quality of the overall customer experience.

As a booking coordinator you will help our guests and groups before and under their stay in our area. You will be responsible for the coordination and facilitation of bookings in Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland and Sweden.

Making and managing bookings and reservations for attractions ensuring timely and efficient arrangements for clients.

Utilizing Miki's internal bookings system to streamline the booking process and maintain accurate records of all arrangements.

Collaborating closely with other members of the Operations Team to ensure a cohesive approach to client service delivery and operational efficiency.

Dealing with emergencies, scheduling conflicts, cancellations, and other last minute issues that might arise during tours.
