Full stack developer

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with a growth mindset and a structured, detail-oriented approach. You’ll play a key role in building and scaling the systems that power our AI tutor and web platform, from backend infrastructure to front-end user experiences.

The role combines hands-on development with problem-solving across AI-driven and web-based solutions in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable web and AI-driven features across the Ludenso platform

• Work with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and modern web frameworks to bring AI content safely and reliably to students

• Ensure data protection, compliance, and content accuracy when handling student data

• Collaborate closely with the team across product, design, and AI research, to deliver learning experiences that make a measurable impact on student outcomes

• Take ownership of testing and QA processes to ensure robustness and performance
