We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to lead a skilled and dedicated team through an exciting phase of growth, innovation, and change. In this key leadership role, you’ll be responsible for a technically strong, cross-functional delivery team spread across Norway and Sweden.

**Your main mission?**To ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality delivery of our flagship products, IWMAC and Energinet. From the moment a deal is signed to the moment systems are up and running, you and your team lead the process that brings our solutions to life. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-evolving industry, working with cutting-edge technology and a team that is as ambitious as you are.

You´ll be part of the Operations leadership team and work closely with the service departments. As Delivery Manager, you will lead and support the entire delivery team, ensuring they thrive, develop, and perform at their best. You will also collaborate with other departments across the company, particularly sales and development. You’ll contribute to strategic initiatives, drive improvements, and help shape how we collaborate with partners and customers going forward.
