Your Mission
As our Office Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our financial, procurement, and administrative operations. Your work will keep our teams equipped, our numbers accurate, and our projects on track.
You will:-
Manage financial transactions, invoices, and supplier payments.

Maintain accurate financial records and support reporting, budgeting, and analysis.

Coordinate procurement: negotiate supplier agreements, place orders, and follow up on deliveries.

Oversee office logistics, equipment inventory, and service contracts.

Collaborate closely with management and auditors to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Take on administrative tasks that keep the company running at its best.

Education in finance, administration, or related fields.

Hands-on experience with accounting, procurement, and office management.

Proficiency with accounting systems, ERP tools, and Microsoft Office.

(Bonus) Experience with Odoo or Tripletex.
