Join Us as Project Manager in Aviation Services

We have an open position as Project Manager within our service line Aviation Services.

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead newbuild and major modification projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality and profitability targets.

In this role, you will be part of a small, experienced organization where project managers are closely involved throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from contract award to final delivery and close‑out
• Act as main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up projects across engineering, procurement, production, and external suppliers
• Manage engineering, design, procurement, and production activities
• Ensure effective resource planning and communication
• Deliver projects on time, cost, quality, and profitability
• Oversee documentation, risk management, and quality processes

Qualifications

• Experience from offshore and/or maritime projects
• Technical background or engineering degree (experience may compensate)
• Preferably Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2)
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience
• Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English
