Established in 1983, Cranemaster AS is the inventor and global leader in passive heave compensation (PHC) and shock absorber systems, designed to ensure safe and reliable offshore lifting operations. From our waterfront headquarters in Stathelle, Norway, our team of 18 professionals works closely with the largest marine construction and heavy lifting companies worldwide, supporting offshore wind, oil & gas, decommissioning, and salvage operations in the marine sector.
With over four decades of experience, Cranemaster has contributed in more than 1,000 offshore heavy lifting operations, enhancing crane performance and operational safety in the most challenging conditions across the globe. Our unique equipment expands operational weather windows, reduces dynamic forces, and maximizes lifting capacity, ensuring smooth and secure operations.
We offer a comprehensive fleet of Cranemaster units for offshore lifts, with capacity up to 3000 ton, shipped from Stathelle, Norway to projects worldwide.
With increasing global demand, we are expanding our team and hiring a Sales Engineer to help manage this growth. In this role, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide the right solutions, ensuring successful project outcomes.

As an integral part of our sales team, you will collaborate closely with our engineering department to ensure seamless project execution while driving customer success and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Craft tailored technical proposals that align with customer needs and expectations
• Manage customer inquiries with a focus on delivering prompt, efficient responses
• Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality from initial planning through to final execution and post-project evaluation
• Ensure seamless transitions by providing good handovers to the engineering team
• Build and nurture strong business relationships through customer visits both nationally and internationally
• Collaborate on creating impactful marketing content that highlights our technical expertise and solutions
• Engage in sales and marketing initiatives to boost visibility and drive success for the company
Desired qualifications and experience:
• Higher technical education
• Experience in technical sales is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Experience working in a company that provides technical solutions
