Purpose of the role

The People & Communications function proactively contributes to the achievement of Cyviz’ strategy and 4-year plan 2026-2030 by achieving its overall objectives related to its reputation internally and externally, in addition to attracting, retaining, and developing our people.

The People & Communications Specialist has a primary focus on Communications, with responsibilities in People (HR). The role contributes directly to building engagement, strengthening culture, and ensuring clear, consistent, and inspiring communication across the organization. This also includes driving projects and initiatives, including digital tools.

The role will be part of the People & Communications team and work closely with leaders, managers, and stakeholders across regions and functions. He/she reports to the Head of Communications & PR, with a dotted-line reporting to the Global People Lead. The position is located in Oslo.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a genuine interest in people, culture, and collaboration, who thrives at the intersection between Communications and People.

Actions & Responsibilities Corporate Communications:
  • Drive and support communications activities in close collaboration with the team.
  • Write, develop, and edit content for various channels, including Viva Engage, WEB, social media, PowerPoint, Viva Learning (learning & development), and media/PR.
  • Contribute to culture-building initiatives, employer branding activities, and internal engagement.
  • Ensure all communication reflects Cyviz’ tone of voice, values, and brand identity.
  • Digital tools and adoption:
    • Support and facilitate the adoption of new digital tools and platforms related to People and Communications, such as tools for recruitment (TalentTech) and for learning/development (Viva Learning).
    • Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of digital workflows and systems.
    People/HR Operations:
  • Support Managers in the use of the recruitment system and internal processes
  • Administer and maintain People policies, Recruitment Policy, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Project Management:
  • Drive and manage projects within People & Communications, from planning to execution.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather input, develop plans, and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience, primarily within Communications, Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, or Employer Branding.
  • Proven experience in strategic communications planning and execution, and managing projects.
  • Stakeholder management skills and ability to work across functions and cultures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Norwegian & English).
  • Strong digital competence and confidence in working with digital tools, platforms, and systems.
  • Experience from working at the intersection of People/HR and Communications is an advantage.
