Are you an experienced ROV professional who loves sharing knowledge and inspiring others?

We’re looking for an engaging and communicative instructor to help develop and deliver high-quality training for our ROV, survey, and maintenance personnel. In this role, you’ll combine hands-on technical expertise with strong planning skills to ensure structured, effective, and future-ready competence development across our offshore crews.

You’ll work closely with the Training & Competence Manager, simulator team, instructors, and offshore personnel to build scalable training programs that align with operational needs and long-term competence strategies.

What you’ll do

• Plan, coordinate, and support ROV, survey, and maintenance training

• Inspire and engage trainees through clear, effective communication

• Track competence and ensure alignment with training frameworks

• Align training with offshore rotations and operational priorities

Who you are

• Senior ROV background with strong technical understanding

• Passionate about teaching, learning, and developing people

• Structured, collaborative, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks

• An excellent communicator who makes complex topics easy to understand
