We are looking for a motivated sous chef/kitchen assistent to join our team. We are a restaurant specializing in homemade Asian comfort food with inspiration from Vietnam and Thailand.

Your role:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to our recipes and standards

• Maintain high kitchen hygiene and food safety

• Assist with daily prep and stock control

• Work efficiently during busy service hours

• Contribute to a positive team spirit

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a kitchen assistent (Asian food experience is a plus, but not required)

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Good communication skills (Norwegian or English)

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Location: Bergen, Norway
