About the Role:
Join ROCKWOOL Nordics as an HR Business Partner, where you'll be a proactive partner in driving HR initiatives that support business objectives focused within the factory environment.
Reporting directly to the HR Director (based at the ROCKWOOL Headquarters in Hedehusene, Denmark) you will be integral to the factory management team, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring that HR policies align with company goals and values. This position requires a hands-on approach, interacting with colleagues on the factory floor and supporting daily HR operations, with an eye for uplifting the way HR contributes to strategic development at the site.
What you will be doing:
One ROCKWOOL HR: Collaborate globally to foster a unified HR approach, promoting best practices and ensuring local compliance.
Workforce Advisory: Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Implement initiatives to improve satisfaction and productivity.
HR Business Partnering: Act as a proactive adviser to management, leading recruitment and development programs. Manage engagement initiatives and conduct performance reviews.
Daily Operations Interaction: Engage with colleagues on the factory floor, facilitating conflict resolution and promoting teamwork.
Communication & Working Relationships: Report directly to the HR Director, working closely with the Factory Manager and HR team members. Regular interaction with department heads and external partners is required to support HR initiatives.
What you bring:
Required Skills & Experience:-
Higher education in HR, Business Administration, or related field; minimum of 5 years in an HR role

Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, and HR policy implementation

Fluency in Norwegian and English is required, proficiency in additional Nordic languages is desirable

Strong communication skills, integrity, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a focus on positive relationships

Excellent organizational and time management skills, adaptable to changing priorities
