Industrial Painter – Rotation 4/2 (Near Bergen, Norway)

We are currently looking for an experienced Industrial Painter to join one of our clients located near Bergen, Norway.

This position is offered on a rotation schedule (4 weeks on / 2 weeks off) and is suitable for candidates with solid experience in industrial painting who are looking for a stable long-term opportunity.

What we offer

• Hourly rate: NOK 260–272 depending on experience
• Bonus scheme paid every 3 months (2,500kr-5,000kr per month)
• Rotation schedule: 4 weeks work / 2 weeks off
• Rotation allowance: NOK 900 per month
• Free accommodation provided
• Company car available during assignment
• Long-term work with a reliable client near Bergen

Job responsibilities

• Industrial painting of steel structures and components
• Surface preparation before coating
• Working according to quality standards and specifications
• Following safety procedures and industrial painting processes
• Maintaining tools and equipment

Requirements

• Proven experience in industrial painting
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Good understanding of safety procedures
• English communication skills
• Reliable and motivated attitude
