Are you our new E-Commerce Manager?

Sprekenhus is a Norwegian lifestyle brand rooted in Scandinavian minimalism and craftsmanship. As we enter an exciting phase of growth, we are strengthening our digital team and are looking for a new talent to join our team.

The Role

Sprekenhus is seeking an experienced and commercial E-Commerce Manager to lead our online growth. You will oversee all aspects of our digital commerce operations and work closely with our marketing and sales team. This role is central to driving performance, elevating the digital customer experience, and strengthening Sprekenhus’ global online presence.

The position reports to the COO.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimise online sales, product presentation and overall brand experience

• Drive conversion, revenue and profitability through continuous site and experience optimisation

• Plan and execute campaigns across digital platforms

• Lead CRM, email marketing and lifecycle initiatives to drive engagement and retention

• Strengthen and coordinate our omnichannel customer experience

• Use analytics, reporting and market insights to guide decisions, measure impact and set priorities

• Manage e-commerce operations, including order fulfilment, promotional calendars and daily routines

• Oversee customer service operations to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Coordinate and monitor external performance marketing partners, ensuring alignment on goals, budget, performance and reporting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of e-commerce/digital retail experience

• Strong knowledge in Shopify

• Strong knowledge of SEO, UX and CRO.

• Great CRM experience

• Confident using e-commerce tools, analytics and reporting

• Strong analytical, structured and detail-oriented mindset

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Experience from beauty, lifestyle or premium retail is a plus
