UX/UI Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design responsive, user-centered interfaces following UX/UI best practices and accessibility standards.

• Build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate user flows and interactions.

• Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides.

• Conduct user research and apply insights to improve digital experiences.

• Translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions.

• Build scalable design systems used across multiple projects.

• Create reusable Figma libraries to streamline developer handoffs.

• Document design specifications, patterns, and interaction guidelines.

• Ensure consistency and brand alignment across all digital touchpoints.

• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design intent.

• Participate in design reviews, client presentations, and feedback sessions.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

• Provide accurate time estimates and identify design challenges early in the process.

• Maintain organised project documentation to enable smooth collaboration.

• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation and iteration.

• Integrate emerging AI design tools into workflows and share best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience designing digital products, with a portfolio showcasing B2B web design projects.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).

• Proven experience creating and managing design systems and component libraries.

• Prior work with high-growth B2B companies or global brands.

• Strong foundation in UX research, user flows, and information architecture.

• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and developer collaboration.

• Strong visual design skills, including typography, colour theory, and layout.

• Ability to create engaging micro-interactions and motion-enhanced user experiences.
