Sounds interesting? As Operative Contract Manager you will assist the Contract Manager(s) and Global Procurement Manager(s) in the Global Procurement team with contract frameworks and other contractual documents, standard procurement processes and policies, as well as support other functions in the Company. In this role you must show a high degree of flexibility and willingness to assist in other (mostly procurement) related areas, including the overall workload of Global Procurement. You will report to the Global Procurement Director and also work closely with the company's network.

You will assist the Global Procurement team with the following tasks:
- Implementation of corporate governance throughout the Company and suppliers, in accordance with all the applicable policies, procedures, and the content in the Procurement Governance Standard
- Mapping contract status and compliance of suppliers
- Data transfer/procurement management system set-up
- Reviewing contracts and making summaries/analysis (e.g. of certain provisions)
- Degree in Law, Procurement, Tender or relevant work experience
- Willingness to work collaboratively with domestic and international stakeholders and counterparties
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and cooperate with diverse individuals and cultures
- Personal drive with ambition and strong desire to succeed
- Flexibility
- Analytical thinking
- International experience is an advantage
- Experience with international contracts is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Experience within procurement and supplier management is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Fluent in English, – oral and written, Norwegian is a plus
