As DN Media Group continues in its ongoing digital transformation, we are now looking to strengthen the Digital Ad Operations team with a new colleague. This person will help contribute to securing deliveries of advertising campaigns for our global niche publications such as TradeWinds and Recharge, and help us maximise campaign effectiveness for our advertisers.
This position will report into the Team Lead Ad Operations.
Your day-to-day:- Manage and publish digital advertising campaigns via our advertising systems (Google Ad Manager and Passendo)
- Ensure the correct scorecard, delivery and possibly troubleshoot technical issues across platforms and devices.
- Monitor and optimise campaigns along the way to maximise impact (CTR, conversions, frequency control)
- Receiving, quality checking and implementing campaign materials (banners, videos, native ads).
- Collaborate with creative teams and clients to ensure that the material meets technical requirements (specs)
- Retrieve and analyse campaign insights reports and communicate these to sales and customers.
- Act as link between sales, customers and technical teams for correct campaign set up.
- staying up to date on the latest advertising technology (programmatic trends, AI tools, privacy rules)
- Help ensure that the AdTech infrastructure reflects the market's most modern solutions (e.g. testing new platforms and formats)
- Participate in commercial product development by suggesting new digital ad formats based on market insights.
- You are either a recent graduate from a commercial or technical subject, or you have 2-3 years of work experience.
- Good communication skills and a desire to be part of a team
- Structured and accurate
- analytical with the ability to quickly assess situations and see solutions or opportunities.
- Technical understanding and ability to familiarise yourself with technology platforms
- Commercial mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Good English skills - written and verbal
- You should be a curious and positive person who wants to work in a media house in the middle of a digital transformation.
- Experience with advertising systems is an advantage, but we are also willing to train the right candidate.
- Experience from the media industry and work in the advertising market is a plus.
