Om bedriften
About the Employer: Frati AS, a part of the Frati Group, includes the Frati restaurant and the ØX Tap Room pub/bar. The brewery and distillery are a visible and integral part of the concept and operation for ØX, which since its inception in 2016 has evolved into one of Norway's leading brewpubs.
Production takes place openly at the premises on our 6HL brewhouse and produces approximately 1000HL per year, mainly beer. In addition, some wash, RTD with spirits from our own production, and cider are produced. The majority of the volume, primarily core products, are served in-house in the restaurants from 5/10HL horizontal serving tanks, with the remainder in 20L kegs. The distillery operates a 300L pot still and currently offers a wide portfolio of different products with a barrel program under development.
