In this role, you will be an essential part of our QA team, helping to ensure the quality and reliability of Omega 365’s solutions. You will work closely with developers and product managers to understand how our solutions are used in real-world scenarios and contribute to both manual and automated testing efforts. Your work will directly impact the stability of daily releases, the accuracy of new features, and the experience of our end users.

Responsibility

• Develop and execute manual and automated test cases, including smoke, regression, load, stress, and other relevant categories of software testing, to ensure the quality of Omega software products and solutions.

• Executing tests on software usability.

• Register issues discovered during testing

• Register QA findings.

• Register issues with Appframe basis technology

• Report results of testing and QA activities.

• Create reproduction cases related to issues found.

• Investigate and determine the root cause of issues by analyzing system behavior and understanding the context in which problems occur.

• Ensure that systems and services are according to defined quality standards.

• Document test scripts for later reference and repetition.

• Write and maintain documentation and user manuals for software products.

• Automate the testing routines to improve performance and coverage.

• Update obsolete documentation and user manuals of products.

• Initiate/Perform regular security audits.

• Understand the solution to ensure testing reflects how people actually use it.

• Actively collaborate with product managers, developers, and end-users to clarify requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

• Participate in requirements and design reviews to identify potential issues early in the development cycle.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.

• When required perform tasks at customer’s location. (Does not apply to trainees).

Preferred Requirements

• Education or experience from Computer Science or related field.

• Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.

• Working knowledge of test techniques and compatibility with various software programs.

• Basic working knowledge of programming.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for collaborating with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
