As a Performance graduate you will be part of an inclusive and enthusiastic team that sits at the very core of Aker BP's large portfolio of field development projects. The team is located in Stavanger and Oslo and is responsible for supporting the Projects Business Unit in driving and optimizing how we track and improve performance across the project portfolio. As a new graduate you will get the opportunity to work closely with project management teams in driving their project performance. You will be exposed to a wide range of tasks - which will quickly give you a good understanding and a unique career foundation for the oil and gas industry in general, and project management in particular.
Typical work tasks can be:-
Work with the project management teams to further develop and improve performance management tools and frameworks

Responsible for our digital reporting landscape (Power BI & Fabric), tools and KPI follow-up

Analyse larger data sets and present findings to management

Develop apps in Power Apps

You have recently graduated or will graduate in 2026 with an MSc within engineering, business, digitalization or similar
-
You have maximum two years of relevant professional experience

English language working proficiency
