We're Hiring Skilled Concrete Workers

Stenseth & RS is growing and currently seeking experienced and motivated Concrete Workers for permanent positions. We take pride in delivering quality at every stage - and we're looking for people who want to contribute to solid structures and strong teamwork on the construction site.

Who Are We?

Stenseth & RS consists of two companies - Entreprenør (Contractor) and Ressurs (Resources) - with around 250 employees in total. We've been in the industry since 2002, and the founders have over 40 years of experience in concrete work. Our broad expertise makes us a sought-after partner for both building and infrastructure projects - in the private and public sectors. We are located at Follestad Industrial Area in Røyken and are part of the AF Group.

Your Responsibilities

• Execution of formwork, reinforcement, casting, and other tasks on site
• Participation in cast-in-place- concrete projects
• Quality control of your own work and reporting of deviations
• Installation of precast concrete elements
• Contributing to good HSE and quality practices in daily operations

Who Are We Looking For?

A trade certificate is appreciated, but the most important thing is relevant experience and the right attitude. We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with reinforcement and in-situ concrete work
• Is punctual, structured, and takes responsibility
• Enjoys physical work and takes initiative
• Works well in a team - you're a team player!
• Wants to learn and develop further within the trade
• Experience with formwork and construction work in Norway is a plus, but not required

Language Skills

We have an international work environment with colleagues from several countries. You should be able to communicate in English.
