The job

Let's be clear: Professional housekeeping is the heart of this job. Turning a property around between guests - cleaning, preparing, styling every detail until it's flawless - is what we do most, and what we take the most pride in. It's physical, hands-on work, and it matters: the first thing every guest experiences is the home we've prepared for them. If you find satisfaction in leaving a space perfect, you'll fit right in. Around that core, your days will vary with guest arrivals, maintenance, laundry and logistics. Most of the work is done in a team of two, and part of it independently.

The work follows a set standard and a fixed routine, so you always know what is expected of you. The properties are spread across the area, all within 30 minutes drive of Svolvær. You move between them with a company vehicle.

Who we are looking for

• Someone who notices the details.

• Someone who takes pride in leaving a place better than they found it.

• You work well with others, but also by yourself.

• You want a job with a predictable schedule and predictable pay.

• You are motivated by Lofoten itself, by working outdoors between properties, and by being part of a small team that spends time together beyond the working day.

• A class B driving licence is required.

• You speak English and/or Norwegian

• You're comfortable using a smartphone -Our tasks, checklists and communication run through apps.

• You need to live in Svolvær or within 30 minutes drive.

• Experience from housekeeping or hotels is an advantage.

• Attitude matters more.

• We are happy to hear from couples who want to work together.
