AutoStore is offering a Test Engineer Summer Internship at our headquarters in Nedre Vats for the summer of 2026. Join our fast-growing, world-leading company in robotic warehousing and gain practical experience contributing to the testing of new product developments.

You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced test engineers and cross-disciplinary teams , learning howAutoStore products are tested and validated. You’ll also get to work in our advanced system facilities, a true playground for engineers to explore and understand real-world robotics systems.

The internship will last approximately 6 weeks, from mid-June to late July 2026.

What you’ll do:
As a Test Engineer Intern, you’ll assist our test team with ongoing NPI (New Product Introduction) projects and summer tasks, gaining practical experience in testing and validating hardware, software, and system components . You’ll contribute to hands-on lab work , execute test plans , and help troubleshoot issues under the guidance of experienced engineers.

Some of the tasks you can expect to work on are:

• Assist with testing robots, ports, modules, and software components

• Support execution of test plans and documentation of results

• Help troubleshoot issues and follow up on errors as part of the development process

• Collaborate with product developers and cross-disciplinary teams on testing activities

• Contribute ideas for improving testing workflows and methodologies

Who you are:

• A student pursuing a degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field

• You are curious, proactive, and motivated to learn from experienced test engineers

• You enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable working in a lab or workshop environment

• You communicate clearly and work well in a team environment

• You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions while contributing ideas

Beyond the Work:
Throughout the summer, you will join weekly gatherings and activities through the Sildikon Valley program together with students from other companies in the region. These sessions include both professional input and social events, giving you the chance to get to know people outside your team and broaden your network of the local industry.
