Chef

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated chef to help us further develop our kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Produce a la carte of high quality
• Daily cleaning of the kitchen
• Assist in developing new menus and courses
• Make sure the kitchen is in compliance with HACCP

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience from producing from an a la carte menu
• Experience in cooking asian cuisine is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Be able to work in stressful environments and in high tempo
• Detail oriented
• Interested in food and drinks and pairing of those
