Ferskvaren AS, a casual fine dining restaurant and delicatesy store nestled in the heart of Odda, and Langhuset AS, our newly opened restaurant in a Norwegian stav church is on the lookout for passionate chefs to join our team. We have two full-time (100%) positions available, starting ASAP and until 01.10 with the possibility of extension. The role will require you to work evenings and weekends in a dynamic and engaging kitchen environment.

• Perform daily mise en place for lunches and catering events

• Maintain the kitchen and storage areas to ensure they are clean and fresh
• Foster good relations between service, bar, kitchen, and other departments
• Contribute to a harmonious work environment and cooperation with colleagues
• Follow the set food concept while producing high-quality dishes
