Food Production Operators - Greater Oslo Area

We are currently looking for several Food Production Operators for exciting assignments within the food manufacturing industry at Hagan, north of Oslo.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in food production who thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on quality, hygiene, and efficiency.

Your experience is ideally from

• Fish and seafood production (not logistics or sales)
• Sushi production
• Meat processing
• Poultry production
• General HACCP work

To be considered for these positions, you should have at least 1 year of relevant experience in food manufacturing or food production.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary depending on the production site and department, but may include:

• Food production and processing
• Cutting, trimming, and other knife-related tasks
• Packing and quality control
• Operating production equipment and machinery
• Ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety (HACCP requirements)
• Cleaning and maintaining production areas

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has at least 1 year of experience in food manufacturing or food production
• Has experience with fish, seafood, sushi, meat, or poultry production
• Is comfortable with physically demanding work and a fast-paced environment
• Has a strong work ethic and contributes positively to the team
• Can communicate in Norwegian and/or English (language requirements are flexible, only english is fine)
• Is flexible regarding working hours when needed
• Is comfortable working in chilled environments and around fresh fish products

Ideally you liven in one of the following areas:

• Oslo
• Lillestrøm / Ullensaker
• Hagan / Nittedal area
