We are looking for a strategic, customer-focused Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our existing customers. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients achieve measurable value from our AI automation platform while identifying opportunities for expansion, optimization, and long-term partnership. The success is driven by retention, strategic account planning, and customer outcomes.

What you'll do 📋
As an Account Manager, your job will be to:
Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing customers, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic stakeholders.
Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business goals, processes, and AI automation use cases.
Create and execute strategic account plans to drive long-term value, adoption, and retention.
Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer needs
Conduct regular strategic business reviews, performance check-ins, and success planning sessions.
Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and optimization.
Collaborate with Customer Success Manager to monitor account health, usage metrics, and renewal timelines.
Advocate for customer feedback internally to influence product improvements and roadmap priorities.
3+ years of experience in Account Management, Account Executive, Key Account Success, or Relationship Management within an SaaS environment.
Experience managing existing customers with a strategic, consultative, and solution-oriented approach.
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, such as retention, churn, expansion, and adoption.
Excellent communication and strategic stakeholder management skills (in a Nordic language and English).
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
Experience with AI, chatbot platforms, automation tools, or CRM systems is a strong plus.
Experience as a management consultant in a technical environment is a strong plus.
