Kinsarvik Fjordhotel, BW Signature Collection, is looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead and further develop our restaurant experience!

About the Position

As Restaurant Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operations of the restaurant, including service, staff management, financial control, and quality assurance. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure a first-class dining and service experience for our guests.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and breakfast service

• Leading, motivating, and developing the restaurant team to ensure high-quality service

• Recruiting, training, and managing restaurant staff

• Ensuring the restaurant's concept and standards are followed and continuously improved

• Planning staff schedules and managing staffing levels as needed

• Financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization

• Overseeing purchasing and inventory control for beverages and restaurant supplies

• Handling guest inquiries and ensuring outstanding service experiences

• Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop menus and wine selections

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

• Has solid experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a leadership role

• Has a passion for food, beverages, and delivering exceptional service

• Is a strong leader who can motivate and inspire the team

• Has financial understanding and the ability to run a profitable restaurant

• Is structured, flexible, and solution-oriented

• Has strong communication skills in Norwegian and English (additional languages are a plus)

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with varied workdays

Working Hours: Full-time position, shift work and weekend work required
