A passion for food, attention to detail, and a desire to continuously learn and improve are important qualities. We are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude to the kitchen and helps create a great experience for both guests and coworkers.

Arbeidsoppgaver

  • Prepare ingredients and carry out daily kitchen prep according to Rotisseriet's standards and recipes.

  • Ensure all dishes are prepared, plated, and served with consistent quality, taste, and presentation.

  • Assist with preparation of vegetables, sauces, meats, and other ingredients to support smooth kitchen service.

  • Follow established kitchen procedures, hygiene standards, and food safety regulations.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout prep and service.

  • Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality food production.

  • Monitor ingredient quality and assist with stock rotation and proper storage of food items.

  • Contribute to a positive kitchen environment by supporting teamwork and maintaining professional standards.
