The role will be a part of our Communication and Marketing team, located on Lysaker, Norway.
What we’re looking for
We are searching for a content specialist to be responsible for telling the story of Wallenius Wilhelmsen, and our journey of transforming the maritime and logistics industry in the years ahead. In this position, you’ll be at the heart of our communications efforts, shaping how we share our ambitions, innovations, and impact with the world.

Responsibilities

Editorial responsibility for all content by Wallenius Wilhelmsen.

Contextualize information accurately and develop communication concepts.

Create content for all channels and various formats, such as internal portals, web, presentations, videos, podcasts and social media.

Responsible for ensuring that all content is adapted to our tone of voice, across all channels.

Responsible for managing the content publishing calendar.

Write and publish articles, stories, and messages that showcase the diversity and impact of Wallenius Wilhelmsen's operations, products, and services.

Manage our tone of voice guidelines for digital channels and ensure consistency and quality across all platforms.
Qualifications

A strong academic background, preferably in journalism.

Have the ability to write quickly and concisely - under time pressure and short deadlines.

Fluent in English - written and spoken.

Experience in interview techniques.

Experience with visual communication, such as photography, video production and podcast production.

Solid digital competence of publishing tools, video editing tools and other digital communication tools.

An analytical mindset, with attention to detail and a focus on the bigger picture
