Reporting directly to the VP Finance, you will play a key role in managing financial operations, supporting the organization, and ensuring strong financial performance across the company.

We are looking for a Business Controller with a solid understanding of accounting who can take ownership of both operational finance tasks and business‑oriented analysis.

About the role

As our Business Controller, you will collaborate with departments across the organization to monitor costs, support budgeting activities, ensure accurate monthly reporting, and provide analytical financial insights that help drive performance and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

**Finance Operations & Stakeholder Management:**Monitor costs and support budgeting activities, ensure accurate monthly cost reporting, review and approve distributor sales claim reports related to our Partner Program, handle ad hoc finance projects and act as a sparring partner for stakeholders across the organization.

Financial Reporting & Audit Support: Contribute to monthly closing and quarterly financial reporting, support audit processes, and assist in preparing the Annual Report.

**Channel Sales & Data Management:**Maintain and update POS datasets from sales partners across EMEA, Americas, and APAC within the CRM system to support sales reporting and performance tracking for the Sales team.

Salesforce Administration & Reporting: Manage product and pricing updates, maintain annual budget data, prepare monthly pipeline analysis and leadership reports, and provide ad hoc Salesforce system administration support.

Qualifications

Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar

2--3 years of relevant experience

Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

Strong analytical skills with proven proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce

Hands-on mindset with the ability to take initiative and be self-driven

Interest in IT systems and digital tools
