We are now hiring for Development Operators to join our team at the Morrow Development Center (MDC). These positions offer an opportunity to have direct involvement in the production of A and B samples for Generation 1 & 2 batteries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work across a wide range of disciplines within the development team.
• Engage in process improvement tasks to ensure competitive products for Morrow.
• Lead by example in following safety procedures and collaborate with management to maintain and enhance a safe working environment.
• Operate in a clean & dry room environment, producing A- and B-sample cells to a high level of quality.
• Assist in Design of Experiments (DoE) on different processes and cell teardown activities.
• Collaborate with Process Engineers and R&D scientists to implement tool changes and chemistry changes.
• Adjust machine settings and process parameters in close collaboration with Process Engineers and R&D Scientists.
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot issues in our R&D production facility.

• Vocational school or relevant certification required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in process industry or equivalent; battery industry experience is advantageous.
• Fault finding and investigative techniques experience.
• Siemens PLC and automation systems experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO9001, 14001, IATF 16949, APQP, and problem-solving tools (5WHY, 4M, FMEA) is advantageous.
• Good English communication skills.
• Structured approach to sample production documentation.
• Proactive, hands-on, and innovative.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
