Vulkanfisk is both a restaurant and a fish market – a go-to spot for seafood lovers in Oslo. Located in the heart of Mathallen, we offer fresh ingredients, professional pride, and real craftsmanship. Business is booming year-round, but especially in the summer time, and we’re now looking for a new colleague to join our team.
 

• Full-time position
• Start date: As soon as possible

• Workplace: Mathallen, Oslo
   

• Preparation and production of seafood dishes according to our standards

• Prep work before service and cleaning afterward

• Handling and quality control of ingredients

• Helping maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and pace in the kitchen

• Collaborating closely with both kitchen and front-of-house teams

• Contributing to menu and dish development when needed
   

• Has solid kitchen experience, especially with seafood

• Works well under pressure and handles busy services with a good attitude

• Has strong work ethics and is a team player

• Is independent, efficient, and well-organized

• Speaks Norwegian or English

• Lives in the Oslo area – this is a requirement as we do not provide accommodation
