Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Bridge field operations and engineering innovation to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions
• Translate operational challenges into smarter, safer, and more efficient downhole products and services
• Support development efforts by assisting in the testing, validation, and optimization of new tools and technologies
• Deliver field-driven insights to enhance product design, functionality, and performance
• Collaborate across teams to align technical capabilities with customer needs and project goals

Qualifications:

• Curiosity and adaptability, with a passion for innovation and digital tools
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work seamlessly across teams and disciplines
• Regulatory knowledge of the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS) and UK Continental Shelf (UKCS)
• Hands-on experience with well integrity, well barriers, and relevant software platforms
• Proficiency in developing high-quality reports and visual presentations that support decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
