Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned and commercially astute Business Development Director to lead the growth strategy across Europe. Reporting directly to the General Manager for Europe, you will be entrusted with full ownership of regional revenue targets, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market execution for a market-leading fintech platform.
This senior leadership position demands the ability to navigate complex commercial negotiations with financial institutions, fintech platforms, and enterprise clients. You will champion the company’s API-led solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Compliance, and Marketing to influence the product roadmap and accelerate innovation.

Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Business Development or Enterprise Sales within fintech, payments, FX, or API-driven technology platforms.
Industry Expertise: Profound knowledge of financial services, cross-border payments, and embedded finance ecosystems.
Commercial Capability: Proven success in closing complex, high-value B2B deals with regulated entities. Comfortable engaging at C-suite level with a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
Languages: Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages would be advantageous.
Location: Candidates must be based in Europe with full working rights.
