Experience with filleting of Salmon?

We are looking for you who have some experience with filleting of salmon. You have to be skilled with knife and other tools to produce fillets of the highest quality. Our mission is to bring sustainable and high-end seafood products to caring consumers across the world.

What you will do

• Manual de-heading
• Filleting & trimming of salmon
• Pin boning salmon
• Oversee quality of automated processes
• Ensure high food safety standards are followed

What is on your CV & who are you

• Relevant experience with salmon or filleting is an absolute requirement
• You have a 'Yes can do' attitude
• Energy and enthusiasm
• Basic English and/or Norwegian skills
• Eligible to work in Norway
