We are strengthening our engineering team with a technically strong and commercially minded colleague who will play a key role in technical sales for cranes and lifting equipment. This position combines engineering expertise with a customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineers, the sales organization, and customers worldwide. You will handle technical specifications, contribute to cost estimates, and support studies and sales activities for both new crane deliveries and modification projects. You will also actively use modern digital tools, including artificial intelligence, to improve efficiency and quality in technical sales work.

Perform technical sales activities for cranes and lifting equipment, covering both new deliveries and modification projects

Lead and prepare cost estimates based on customer-specific requests from global markets

Collaborate closely with product owners, engineering disciplines, procurement, and production organizations to define technical and commercial solutions

Prepare and maintain required technical sales documentation in cooperation with technical disciplines and internal stakeholders

Support and contribute to the execution of technical and commercial studies
-
Assist in developing and improving work methods, tools, and sales processes
-
Contribute to the use and development of digital tools and AI-based solutions within technical sales
-
Support continuous improvement of technical sales quality, accuracy, and efficiency
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field (relevant experience may compensate for formal education)

Strong technical understanding and engineering experience from offshore, maritime, or land-based industries
-
Ability to translate technical requirements into customer-oriented solutions

Experience working in multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams
-
Previous experience with cranes, lifting equipment, or heavy machinery

Familiarity with cost estimation, technical sales support, or bid processes
-
Interest in using digital tools and artificial intelligence to improve workflows

Experience with engineering tools such as AutoCAD and/or Inventor
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset

Clear and confident communication skills, both internally and externally
-
Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-focused working style

Ability to balance technical depth with customer and business needs

Proactive and collaborative approach to work
