Hotel Manager - Hattvika Lodge - Ballstad

HATTVIKA LODGE is the pioneering and leading basecamp for active guests in the LOFOTEN region. To take our TEAM to the next level we are looking for an experienced and "hungry" candidate to join our dynamic team.

We are now searching for a HOTEL MANAGER to continue to provide the best guest experience in the Lofoten islands and to manage the team of receptionists and housekeepers.

Our new HOTEL MANAGER is a professional manager with experience from high quality hotels and restaurants and has to be dynamic and organised at the same time. You have a passion for hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in hotel management. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to make sure our guests have a memorable experience, and you will report to the owner of Hattvika Lodge.

We require:

• Excellent communication skills in the English language (Nordic language, in addition, is a pre)

• Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry

• Experience from managing budget and pricing strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Out-of-the-box thinking mindset
