We are growing fast. Expanding into Sweden and launching in Finland in 2025, and are looking for highly skilled Senior Software Engineers to help scale our technology and infrastructure.
About the Roles
Bislab is hiring for two key technical roles , both centered around C# backend development with additional specialisation in either DevOps or Data Platform.
1. Senior Software Engineer -- Data Platform

Build and optimise a scalable, high-performance data platform for real-time fraud detection and risk analysis.

Design and develop data pipelines , ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

Manage and optimise PostgreSQL and Neo4j databases for structured and graph-based data.

Work with C# and Python to develop backend services supporting complex data workloads.

Collaborate with DevOps and backend teams to ensure efficient cloud deployment on Azure.
Tech Stack: C#, Python, PostgreSQL, Neo4j, Azure, event-driven architectures.
Workload split: 70% backend development, 30% platform engineering.
2. Senior Software Engineer -- DevOps

Design and implement a secure and scalable infrastructure in Azure.

Automate and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments.

Ensure system reliability and performance with modern monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.

Contribute to backend development in C#, ensuring secure and scalable architectures.

Implement security best practices for cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
Tech Stack: C#, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, Docker, GitHub Actions.
Workload split: 70% backend development, 30% DevOps.
