Who are we looking for:

Adecco is looking for a candidate for the position of Operational HSE (HMS) Specialist to work on construction projects in Norway. If you enjoy working on-site, supervising activities, and actively supporting safety, this could be the right opportunity for you!

We are seeking a candidate who is motivated to perform operational HSE duties, which means active on-site supervision of workers and hands-on support of health and safety activities at the construction site.

You should have:
  • Willingness to be actively present on-site and physically follow up construction work

  • Good knowledge of HSE / HMS regulations and procedures

  • Preferably completed a 40-hour HSE / HMS / Safety Representative (VO) course

  • Understanding of construction processes, especially within concrete and structural works

  • Ability to conduct HSE meetings (content and training will be provided)

  • Valid Category B driving licence

  • Knowledge of Norwegian and/or Polish
