Automation/Senior Engineer (BH-311859)

Automation system design, including philosophies, topologies, I/O budget, etc for pre-FEED, FEED and EPC.

System Design activities for Safety and Automation System as appointed by automation team lead

Specification of global SAS system design through modification work, new system design and contractual interfaces

Arrange and lead internal meetings, client meetings, workshops and reviews

Multidiscipline collaboration

Perform and complete engineering documents and data registers

Follow-up and participation in Hardware and Software design solutions

Interface to other disciplines, contractors, suppliers and client

Offshore survey may be required

Bachelor or higher

Minimum 10 years’ experience from automation engineering in green field projects

Minimum 6 years’ Experience from automation and SAS system design, incl SAS/automation network solutions.

Experience and thorough knowledge of automation design and networks according to relevant standards such as NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL, and IEC

Efficient communicator, who communicate well in English - Both orally and in writing

Cooperative working attitude and acceptance for multicultural team environment

Ability to work independently as well as in team

Systematic and accurate, with high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements

Proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others
