- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain credible project plans covering milestones, resources, costs and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure clear ownership of actions.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, changes and key decisions.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and escalate constraints or decisions early.
- Support business cases, investment requests and CAPEX governance where applicable.
- Work directly with factory teams to understand constraints and implement practical solutions.
- Drive projects relating to capacity, throughput, assembly flow, material readiness, layout, tooling and process improvement.
- Provide concise and transparent progress reporting to project sponsors and relevant governance forums.
- Ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time, within approved cost and with measurable operational benefits.
- Coordinate effective handover of completed projects into the responsible operational organisation.
- Education within technical fields and knowledge of manufacturing. If you have particularly long and relevant experience the education requirement may be disregarded.
- 8-10 years of experience from related role.
- Experience from planning and delivering cross-functional projects or significant work packages.
- A good understanding of complex engineering or manufacturing environments.
- The ability to convert broad objectives into clear actions, milestones and accountabilities.
- A practical and visible approach, including working directly with teams on the factory floor.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of project costs, benefits and priorities.
- A strong commitment to safety, quality and sustainable operational improvement.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Fluent skills in both writing and orally in English and preferably also in Norwegian.
- Ability to work independently towards goals.
- A good team player.
- Good cooperative and communicative skills.
- Structured and analytical.
- Curious and outgoing, not afraid to ask questions and suggest improvements.
- The confidence to challenge constructively, resolve obstacles and escalate decisions when necessary.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
