The Hydraulic Mechanic is responsible for performing inspections and repairs on hydraulic equipment in all areas onboard.

Qualification requirements:

Experience:

• Background as Craftsman within heavy industries preferred

• Preferably experience on offshore drilling units

• Preferably certified Mechanic including an approved apprenticeship

Certification Requirements:

• Training according to training matrix

• Cetop 1&2

Additional Skills:

• Computer literate

• Conversant with safety management system

• Good verbal and written English skills

• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, components and principles of fluid power needed
