What You'll DoAs a Document Controller, you will play a vital role in ensuring our project documentation is meticulously organized, easily accessible, and consistently maintained. Your responsibilities will include:

Document Management: Oversee and maintain project documents, ensuring version control, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.

Document Control Systems: Implement, update, and manage document control software and tools, ensuring streamlined processes and easy document retrieval.

Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all documentation complies with industry and company standards, maintaining a focus on accuracy and quality.

Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, including engineers, designers, and managers, to support their documentation needs.

Tracking and Reporting: Maintain a clear audit trail by tracking revisions, changes, and approvals, providing reports as needed.

Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to team members on document control processes and tools.
To excel in this role, you'll need:

Education: A degree or diploma in a related field, or equivalent experience in document management.

Experience: Although prior experience is considered beneficial, the key success factors in this position are a methodical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured and organized manner.

Attention to Detail: A systematic approach to tasks with a high focus on accuracy and organization.

Software Expertise: Proficiency in document management software (e.g., SharePoint, ProArc) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Autodesk software is a bonus.

Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple documents and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
