What You'll be doing:

• Assist with the preparation of financial documents (such as invoices, reports)

• Support the finance team in day-to-day financial operations

• Process payments, receipts, and other financial transactions

• Update and maintain accurate financial records and databases

• Assist in bank reconciliations and tracking expenses

• Respond to queries from internal departments and external partners

• File and organize financial documentation

• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes

• Perform other administrative and accounting-related tasks as assigned

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required

• Experience with systems such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Business Central is a big advantage

• Good command of English (spoken and written)

• A positive attitude and eagerness to support the Finance team

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work both independently and in a team
