It’s a next-generation core insurance system for marine and offshore-energy insurance.

To reach the next level, we’re ‘powering up’ our customer interaction drive -- and that’s where you (hopefully) come in!

Before any sales are possible, we have to make sure that a customer trusts in our ability to deliver the product and that they understand the full value it will bring. This is why we're looking for someone who lives and breathes customer success; someone with experience in promotions, sales and training, who will drive Instech Solutions forward in meetings with customers.

You’ll take part in customer interactions, from sales meetings to onboarding and customer engagements. Through your work, you’ll also gather insights on market trends that will help to strategically inform the further development of Etuity Core.

Who we’re looking for:

The ideal candidate possesses a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and has experience in implementing complex B2B software solutions. A positive attitude, eagerness to deliver, learn and share, are all essential qualities. Fluency in both Norwegian and English, along with the ability to communicate effectively -- especially when it comes to activities such as holding engaging presentations and training sessions -- is vital.

Instech Solutions operates in a specialised market, with the role requiring deep system and domain knowledge. As such, you should be comfortable immersing yourself in the type of digital solutions we provide and the possibilities they create. However, don’t worry if you’re not a marine insurance expert as we’ll give you the support and the time needed to learn and grow! You’ll also be working in a team with others that have similar responsibilities.

We’re a pretty diverse bunch at Instech Solutions, with team members from numerous nations, whether in-house employees or dedicated consultants. We have our own “Learning Friday” concept and truly value knowledge sharing and learning. As a company, we also believe in long-term relationships with both our customers and employees.
