PIZZA CHEF Season/Summer

We are hiring a Pizza Chef for the summer season. La Pizza is a small but busy take away pizzeria in Kristiansand. We make high quality pizza with fresh local mozzarella, San Marzano DOP tomatoes and cook in wood fired rotating oven. We make dough with biga and 72-hour fermentation.

You have minimum 4 years of experience as a full time pizza maker

You have experience with wood fire oven

You speak basic English
