Responsibilities

Support with daily routines and practical tasks
Provide respectful personal assistance
Help with household duties and home organization
Assist in training and rehabilitation activities
Bring calm, structure and predictability to the day
Be a steady support in a home with two children
Join on trips when needed

Who you are

Must‑have

Good communication skills in Norwegian and/or English
Reliable, responsible and calm
Motivated to work closely with one person over time
Comfortable with varied tasks
Able to join travel when needed

Nice‑to‑have

Strong care and support abilities (formal healthcare training not required)
Experience from care work, BPA or family environments is a plus but not necessary
Warm, steady and good at reading situations
Understands boundaries and the BPA role
