Project Account Manager

The Store Format Team at Elkjøp Nordic is a cross-functional team working across design, visual communication, merchandising, store planning, property, facility management, and in-store experience throughout the Nordics. We develop holistic concepts and solutions that create inspiring and effective customer journeys in our physical stores. The Project Account Manager will support and coordinate activities across the Store Format Team to foster better alignment and workflow.

This role is responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of design and development projects. Additionally, the role supports the strategic definition and evolution of store format and concept, ensuring that project execution aligns with long-term brand and retail strategies.

The role requires collaboration across Nordic Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Property Development, IT, and external suppliers.

About the job

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for design and development projects. Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Coordinate with teams across the company, including design, development, marketing, and operations, to ensure project alignment.
• Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of project components.
• Support the department in resource allocation and workload management.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes across the department.
• Support business planning and post-investment reviews.
• Support the strategic definition and development of store format and retail concept.
• Facilitate system support of department tools.
