The Store Format Team at Elkjøp Nordic is a cross-functional team working across design, visual communication, merchandising, store planning, property, facility management, and in-store experience throughout the Nordics. We develop holistic concepts and solutions that create inspiring and effective customer journeys in our physical stores. The Project Account Manager will support and coordinate activities across the Store Format Team to foster better alignment and workflow.
This role is responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of design and development projects. Additionally, the role supports the strategic definition and evolution of store format and concept, ensuring that project execution aligns with long-term brand and retail strategies.
The role requires collaboration across Nordic Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Property Development, IT, and external suppliers.
About the job- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for design and development projects. Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
- Coordinate with teams across the company, including design, development, marketing, and operations, to ensure project alignment.
- Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of project components.
- Support the department in resource allocation and workload management.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes across the department.
- Support business planning and post-investment reviews.
- Support the strategic definition and development of store format and retail concept.
- Facilitate system support of department tools.
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience in project management and managing a portfolio of projects.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Understanding of the design development process.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communicator and attentive listener.
- You display an enthusiastic and committed approach, sustaining a high work rate over a long period of time.
- You demonstrate a focus on achieving results and objectives and consistently strive to meet or exceed expectations.
- You organise information and resources effectively. You prioritise tasks according to their urgency and/or importance.
- You have the ability to break down and analyse information effectively. You identify the causes of problems and propose realistic and practical solutions to address them.
- You easily establish and develop effective and positive professional relationships with others.
